Résumé
Objectives The development of computerized medical records (CMR) allows all healthcare professionals to gather the necessary information to manage a patient. However, while data are collected on a daily basis in the surgeon’s clinical practice to identify a personalized care pathway for the patient, the retrieval of this wealth of information for research remains limited. Data entered into CMRs are usually not entered in a structured manner. They are therefore very difficult to recover and analyze by artificial intelligence (AI) tools. In particular, promising AI methods for decision support require a large amount of data, but most importantly, data must be structured and annotated.
